Its not sold yet. It is almost, but the buyer will have to give more money, otherwise i will not sell it. The idea was to make money for another project, if such thing does not happens, i will stay as i am. Even more because my wife and kid love it!

Ha Ok ... I thought it was done... since the bid was over... I'm not an expert in how things work in Portugal although I know it's a current thing overthere to have an official price and the black part of it but that's more to escape paying taxes when you sell a house... is there not an option on ebay to make sure you wouldn't sell it under a limit price that you choose ? maybe that's what you did and it didn't reach it ?

Sur eBay, cela s'appelle un "prix de réserve" en dessous duquel la vente ne sera pas conclue même si l'on est le meilleur enchérisseur.

the minimum price is 50000E. It was the reserve price in ebay, and it was almost beaten. But i think i will end up sellimg it for 47000E to one of the ebay highest bidders.

c'est exactement cela Denis, je n'ai pensé qu'après coup que le prix de réserve n'était sans doutes pas atteint... je ne me souviens plus s'il en est fait mention une fois la mise en ligne terminée.. il me semblait que ça disait prix de réserve non atteint.
