To take out your dashboard, it's very easy, you have only some "bolts" which maintain the dashboard.
You must do that little by little.

the cro magnon familly answered you well already,

I just add that link where you can see pictures where I took the dashbboard out to put some insulation behind....
but I think the most efficient was to cover on the engine side and around the gear stick that allows the noise going up this way.

do you know what ratio you have currently because there are 3 differents depending on the model.
even the longest is not very fast though, there have been some attemp to mount a 4x2 iveco version but they are not all compatibles... we did talk about that on other topics...although I understand it's not easy for you to read through.

the fastest ratio on a 4x4 iveco from those generations is 9x47,
it is difficult to estimate the amount of theeth on the small one on that picture from the link you gave us but the big one has only 46 theeth. would be interesting to know what is the actual ratio and if they did manage making it go faster ?
how come you ended up on that forum ? do you talk chinese yourself ?

just for information, on that other topic we were talking about the ratios that are generally used: 9x47 and 7x41
